Our Standard Support hours are weekdays from 10:00AM to 5:00PM CST. During our Standard Support hours we aim to reply to all email requests within minutes and of course we're available by phone as well.

Extended Support hours are weekdays from 5:00PM to 10:00AM CST and weekends and holidays 24hrs. Extended Support response time is provided at a best effort basis only.

Critical Issue Support will be provided 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Details coming soon.
